EAU DE COLOGNE
Eau de Cologne was created as a light, fresh and dynamic fragrance, a “feel-good energy giving” scent. When the Eau de Cologne was released in 1994, it took its underlying amber note from the original "Eau de Parfum, " but gave it a light, airy twist. The spice-rich opening is buoyant, with added brightness from fresh citrus. But you can really feel it in the green and vibrant heart of the scent, where liquid-light magnolia floats along with peppery freesia, and hints of sheer roses. It's a Comme des Garcons kind of move - take an androgynous watery-floral cologne that embodies the spirit of the 90's and infuse it with a shot of French old-school chic. The result is idiosyncratic, edgy, and yet - elegant.
