Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship within 1-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Please note that we are a very small team operating out of a rural area 2 hours north of NYC and are sometimes at the mercy of mail couriers. Peak seasons and sale periods can cause delays in shipping, but our fulfillment team works hard to get orders out as quickly as they can.


My order has shipped. When will I receive it?

With standard shipping, your order arrives between 3-7 business days. If you have selected 2nd Day Air shipping, your order will arrive on the 2nd business day.


My tracking number said my order was delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

If your shipment status reads “delivered” and it's only been a day, we recommend that you sit tight! A carrier may scan the package as delivered before it gets to you. It may be delivered 1 day after you receive the delivery notification.

If your package doesn’t show up after a day, we recommend that you file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you need help to complete this step, please contact orders@kasuri.com.

While Kasuri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with you to file a claim, get a replacement shipment or set you up with a refund.


Who pays for duties and taxes?

International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or delivery of your item. The item should be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with all original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.


Exchanges:

For a different item, return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.


How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at orders@kasuri.com or use our Return Portal.

  2. If your return is approved (usually within 1-2 business days), we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we process exchanges or refunds. Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days.



Damages and Issues: 

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.


Exceptions:

Final sale items, gift cards, and shipping fees are not eligible for refund.


Refunds: 

We'll inform you about the approval status of your refund after inspection. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.


Kasuri reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated Return Policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
